If we run out of any advertised item during a sale, or should an item not arrive due to production or transportation problems, we will reorder for you at the sale price or offer you a better item at the advertised price. This does not apply to clearance and closeout sales. Some items not in stock are available by special order.
You may return your on line purchase with in 7 days A STORE Credit will be issued one week after we received the merchandise (store credit must be used with in 90 days)or exchange with in 30 days of the original purchase date except on closeout, altered, sized, special orders and custom made jewelry. The original receipt, box and any certificates must accompany all returns or exchanges.
We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information, but if a mistake does occur we reserve the right to correct it. Our policy is to match the prices on samsfinejewelry.com to the prices you will find in our stores. If you find a discrepancy please Contact Us. All prices listed on this site are in U.S. Dollars.
Due to the cost of gold, additional sizing charges will apply based on the following: Any ring under $99.99 that is being sized up more than one size, $25 will be added. Any ring over $100 that is being sized up more than two sizes, $25 will be added. Any two-ring wedding set being sized up more than two sizes, $50 will be added. Initial sizing based from stock size (Seven for ladies, Ten for men) unless otherwise noted.
Many items on this site are enlarged to show detail.
We recommend that you insure your jewelry when sending it in for repair, return, or exchange. We can not be responsible for items that we have not received.
INFORMATION COLLECTED
This notice applies to all information regarding purchase orders submitted to the Sam's Fine Jewelry website. The information collected is: Name. Address. Email Address. Phone Number. Credit Card information. All information must be rendered for the fulfillment of the order. The shipping and billing address must be the same to fulfill the order.

SHIPPING CHARGES
A $20 Fed-Ex and/or UPS shipping charge is applied to all orders including insurance. Sam's Fine Jewelry does not offer Saturday delivery at this time. On orders with special requests such as sizing, please allow 5-7 business days before the order is can be shipped. At this time, Sam's Fine Jewelry can only ship to verified billing address for the security of our customers and product.
Sales Tax of 8.25% will be added to all Texas orders.
